Welcome to Ring Society. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ring Society website located at ringsociety.com (the "Site") and all related services offered by Ring Society ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Ring Society provides educational content, guides, and tools to help consumers research and understand engagement rings. We also operate a jeweler matching service that connects consumers with independent local jewelers ("Jeweler Partners") based on stated preferences.
Important: Ring Society is an educational and referral platform only. We do not sell, manufacture, or guarantee any jewelry products. All purchases are made directly with Jeweler Partners, and Ring Society is not a party to any transaction between you and a Jeweler Partner.
The content on the Site — including articles, guides, price ranges, and recommendations — is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any content. Market conditions, pricing, and availability change frequently.
Ring Society content does not constitute professional jewelry appraisal, gemological advice, financial advice, or legal advice. You should consult qualified professionals for any specific questions relating to jewelry quality, investment value, or legal matters.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's Commercial Arbitration Rules, with proceedings conducted in Los Angeles County, California. You waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in any class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
